I had the pleasure of getting to know Natasha through our mutual membership of The Rotary Club of Wexford. Both her and I share a passion for trying to help those in our community and giving a portion of our time to volunteer and to try and make a small difference. In June 2023 Natasha commenced her year as President of The Rotary Club of Wexford. Being a volunteer organization Rotary clubs rely on active, engaged and passionate leaders and members. Natasha’s presidency was a breath of fresh air and really was a turning point and evolutionary point for the club. Drive, ambition, knowledge, expertise, vision, integrity, flexibility and empathy. These are, in my opinion some of the key traits of a leader and indeed the traits of an individual any company would want to employ or work with. Natasha exudes these leadership traits and skillsets. During her time as President of The Rotary Club of Wexford Natasha identified a number of areas that needed our focus and attention. Under her leadership the club increased membership, developed new initiatives, had more fellowship events and had more effective and productive meetings. And that is only part of her achievements in her role of President. Her teamwork was also outstanding. The club is a better club today largely thanks to Natasha and in turn is making more of a difference in our community. Natasha’s leadership was transformative for the club. I first met Natasha at a Skillnet Networking Event. I had just moved back from Australia and I was keen to meet likeminded people in Wexford. How lucky was I to meet Natasha!
