Emails
Any emails sent to us and any messages received through our online contact form are recorded and forwarded to the relevant section. The sender’s email address will remain visible to all staff tasked with dealing with the query. Please be aware that it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that the content of their emails is within the bounds of the law. Unsolicited material of a criminal nature will be reported to the relevant authorities and blocked.

If you would like a record of what personal information we have stored about you, please contact us using our web form and we would be happy to assist you.
Payment Security
We use Stripe to process online transactions. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

How we protect your data
Our website utilizes SSL. All data between your browser and our website is encrypted. Your passwords (if you have an account) are encrypted.
We routinely update and maintain our website and servers, ensuring they are patched with the latest security updates.
What data breach procedures we have in place
If a breach is detected on our systems, we will inform the relevant authorities of the breach, nominate our 3rd party IT security partner (Blacknight) to investigate the suspected breach, and, if confirmed, will notify affected clients within 24 hours.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
We use selected artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools to support the delivery of our coaching, training and consultancy services and to improve our administration, communications and digital content.
The tools we use may include:
- ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot for research, drafting, summarising, developing ideas and improving workflows;
- Canva and its AI-enabled features for presentations, graphics, training materials and other visual content; and
- AI-enabled features contained within other approved business software.
We may update the tools we use as our business and technology develop.
How We Use AI
AI may help us to:
- research and analyse information;
- develop training resources and presentations;
- draft or improve written communications;
- support administrative tasks;
- create or enhance digital content; and
- improve business processes and efficiency.
AI supports our work but does not replace professional judgement, personal interaction or human decision-making. AI-generated content is reviewed by a person before it is relied upon, provided to clients or incorporated into our services.
Personal Data and Confidentiality
We take appropriate care to protect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients, participants and other stakeholders.
We do not intentionally enter confidential coaching information, identifiable Emotional Capital Report results, sensitive personal data or identifiable information relating to children or young people into general-purpose AI tools.
Where possible, information is anonymised or de-identified before an AI tool is used. We only process personal data using AI where there is an appropriate purpose and lawful basis, and where the use is consistent with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), Irish data protection legislation and other applicable requirements.
Human Oversight and Decision-Making
We do not use AI to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for clients or participants.
Any recommendations, assessments, content or analysis developed with AI assistance remain subject to meaningful human review, professional judgement and accountability.
Where required, we will inform individuals if they are interacting directly with an AI system or if content has been artificially generated or materially altered.
Third-Party AI Providers
Some AI tools are supplied by third-party organisations that operate under their own terms, privacy policies and security arrangements. Information processed through these services may be stored or processed outside the European Economic Area.
Where personal data is processed, we take reasonable steps to assess the provider and ensure that appropriate data-processing, security and international data-transfer safeguards are in place.
