Today’s young people are tomorrow’s leaders. The ECR Youth assessment helps young individuals (ages 12–18) understand their emotional strengths and build the skills needed to thrive in school, relationships and life.

Through one-to-one or group coaching, I guide young people to develop the emotional competencies that support confidence, resilience and wellbeing.

This work is deeply aligned with my commitment to community through the Rotary Club of Wexford, where I regularly support youth leadership and development initiatives.

Sessions are tailored for:

  • Students preparing for transitions or exams

  • Young leaders in youth organisations or schools

  • Teachers and mentors seeking to build emotionally intelligent environments

Workshops are also available for educators, youth organisations and schools. Content is tailored to the audience and setting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Considering an Emotional Capital Report assessment? These frequently asked questions explain the options available and what you can expect.

The Emotional Capital Report is a scientifically developed emotional intelligence assessment created by RocheMartin. It provides insight into the emotional and social competencies that influence how we lead, communicate, build relationships and respond to challenges. I use the results as the starting point for a supportive coaching conversation focused on your strengths, development opportunities and practical next steps.

ECR assessments can support emerging and experienced leaders, business owners, professionals, teams and young people. They are particularly valuable during leadership development, career progression, organisational change, team development, succession planning or periods of personal and professional transition.

The right option depends on your goals. ECR Self builds individual self-awareness. ECR 360 combines a leader’s own perspective with confidential feedback from others. ECR Teams explores the collective emotional strengths and development needs of a team. ECR Youth is designed for young people aged 12–18. I can help you select the most appropriate option during an initial conversation.

ECR Self reflects how you view your own emotional intelligence competencies. ECR 360 adds feedback from selected colleagues or stakeholders, helping you explore how others experience your leadership and behaviour. The additional perspective can be especially valuable for established or progressing leaders.

Team members complete a survey that creates a collective, data-informed picture of the team’s emotional culture. The report explores ten emotional intelligence competencies and three important team drivers: psychological safety, team identity and team efficacy. I then facilitate a team debrief and practical action-planning session.

I provide a confidential debrief and coaching conversation to help you understand the results, reflect on what they mean in practice and identify realistic actions. For organisations and teams, the assessment can also be integrated into workshops, leadership programmes or ongoing coaching support.

Yes. The assessment is completed online, and coaching or debrief sessions can also take place online. In-person sessions are available by arrangement, including in Wexford and at client locations across Ireland.

Yes. Individual results are treated with care and confidentiality. Before an organisational or team engagement begins, we agree clearly what information will be shared, with whom and for what purpose.

Absolutely. ECR assessments can be combined with one-to-one coaching, emotional intelligence workshops, team development, communication and conflict training, or a wider leadership programme. I tailor the approach to the organisation, its people and the outcomes it wants to achieve.

Costs vary depending on the assessment selected, the number of participants and the level of coaching, facilitation or workshop support required. Please contact me for a tailored quotation.
