I attended three team workshops as part of an in company Leadership Emotional Intelligence Programme , I completed the ECR Self assessment and one coaching session on Emotional intelligence with Natasha, the course is well structured and I learnt practical tips on how to develop as a person and leader. Natasha created a safe space for every to feel comfortable to open up and share their own experiences. I highly recommend Natasha to anyone looking for personal and professional development.
