About Me

Natasha Hughes:

Originally from County Mayo and now based in Wexford in Ireland’s Sunny South East, I’m passionate about supporting people to grow — personally, professionally, and emotionally.

With over 20 years of experience in global financial services, including my role as Co-Site Head at Bank of New York Mellon, I’ve led large teams, driven cultural change, and built a strong reputation for results, empathy, and values-driven leadership. My community work, including my time as President of the Rotary Club of Wexford, has deepened my commitment to service, education and creating positive, lasting impact.

Today, I work as an Executive and Emotional Intelligence Coach, certified Master EQ Practitioner and accredited ECR assessor with RocheMartin. I specialise in helping individuals, teams, schools and organisations build emotional intelligence, resilience and leadership that is human, sustainable and future-ready.

As a mother of three daughters who returned to education later in life, I understand the realities of balancing ambition with family life. I bring that lived experience into my work, offering a coaching and facilitation style that is grounded, compassionate, and deeply real.

Over recent years, I’ve delivered Emotional Intelligence programmes to students, educators, parents, and professionals — and I’m deeply inspired by the transformational power of this work. Emotional intelligence is not fixed; it can be developed at any age, and it’s never too late to begin.

I also regularly speak at events, conferences and leadership forums on topics including emotional intelligence, modern leadership, personal growth, and creating cultures of trust and connection. My keynotes are rooted in personal story, professional insight, and practical tools — designed to leave audiences inspired, informed and ready to act.

Whether through coaching, training or keynote speaking, my goal is to help people unlock their potential and lead with confidence, clarity and heart.
