ECR Youth
Today’s young people are tomorrow’s leaders. The ECR Youth assessment helps young individuals (ages 12–18) understand their emotional strengths and build the skills needed to thrive in school, relationships and life.
Through one-to-one or group coaching, I guide young people to develop the emotional competencies that support confidence, resilience and wellbeing.
This work is deeply aligned with my commitment to community through the Rotary Club of Wexford, where I regularly support youth leadership and development initiatives.
